Ranger handled full-site development for the new Skowhegan Athletic Complex — installing detention ponds, sewer and water infrastructure, and supporting the build-out of a new baseball field. From early planning to final grading, we managed a fast-moving schedule to keep this community investment on track.

Coordination between the contractor and the client was key — particularly around irrigation system installation. Ranger helped align scope, timing, and subcontractors to ensure everything was installed in the right sequence and without delay.
