New Balance Expansion – Skowhegan Facility

Ranger managed full site prep for New Balance’s 120,000-square-foot expansion, including grading, material movement, excavation and backfill for foundation footings, water line installation, and focal point systems for stormwater management. We worked alongside the vertical team to keep pace and support a seamless transition from groundwork to structure.

With over 250 New Balance employees active on-site each day, safety and coordination were key. Ranger established controlled work zones and collaborated closely with facility managers to keep the build moving while protecting team members and avoiding disruption to day-to-day operations.

Expansions like this require more than just muscle — they demand discipline. Ranger brought careful sequencing, clear communication, and constant coordination to a high-traffic jobsite.
