The More We Build, the More You Earn

With our employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), Ranger is 100% employee-owned. That means every project, every long day, every breakthrough directly impacts your future.

Our ESOP works like a profit-sharing plan: if the company does well, so do you. After one year of service, you’re in — and after three years, you’re fully vested.

This isn’t about stock options in some national firm. It’s about building something here in Maine, with your name on it.

Health Insurance

After 90 days, you’ll have access to pre-tax health insurance. Ranger pays 50% of your individual premium — you cover the rest, including any family members.

Financial Security

Ranger offers a safe harbor 401(k) with a 100% match on your contributions up to 3% of compensation, starting just 60 days in. Plus, you’ll earn ESOP contributions annually — it’s profit sharing with a purpose.

Paid Time Off

Five days of VPTO after one year, ten days after five. Paid holidays begin at 90 days. Sick time accrues at 1 hour per 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours/year — because life happens, and we get that.
