Heavy Civil Construction

Utility Site Construction

Our Scope

Ranger delivered full civil site development and structural concrete work for the new Biddeford Pump substation yard. The scope included extensive foundations, complex wall construction, an elevated slab, and detention pond development — all built to support high-voltage infrastructure for long-term performance.

Challenges Overcome

With elevated slabs and intricate wall work, this substation pushed the limits of site logistics, precision forming, and pour sequencing. Ranger brought the planning power and field expertise needed to pull it off — safely, cleanly, and on schedule.

Value Added

For a project of this complexity, CMP needed a contractor they could trust to own every detail, and Ranger delivered. Our integrated approach meant fewer subs, better coordination, and more control from start to finish. We keep our crews consistent, our communication clear, and our execution dialed in. When the concrete scope grew more intricate, we didn’t blink — we brought in the right people at the right time to get it done.

Ranger brings the horsepower to build it right — the first time.
